Steve was born and raised in Western Pa. He attended college at Penn State University & La Roche College and went to graduate school at Robert Morris University.

While in college, Steve spent summers working as a playground equipment installer. In 1992, he co-founded BEAR of Pennsylvania, Inc., a well known and respected residential playground company located near Pittsburgh.

In the fall of 1995 Steve became a Certified Playground Safety Inspector. He serves as an Advisory Board Member & Consultant for several playground equipment manufacturers. Steve joined the Snider Recreation Team in 2005 and oversees commercial equipment sales in Western Pa.

Steve is happily married with 4 kids between the ages of 9 and 19. He enjoys golf, coaching youth sports, and spending time with family & friends.

Steve’s sales territory is Western Pennsylvania.
