Mike joins the Snider Recreation team after 20+ years in the chemical manufacturing industry, where he held advancing roles from process engineering to supply chain and operations leadership, including the last 11 years in Plant Management and Director of Operations roles.  He spent his childhood around the family business, including some full-time work on playground installation crews after high school and early in his college career.

Mike is excited to be joining his brothers and the rest of the Snider Recreation team, learning the business in more depth, and he hopes to significantly contribute to future fun, growth and success! 

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Ashland University.

He lives in Chardon, OH with his wife and 4 kids, where he enjoys being involved with his family’s activities in sports, music and theatre. He loves to spend any free time that is left on hobbies like running, backpacking, musical theatre, and generally being outdoors.

Mike’s sales territory is South Eastern Ohio.
